SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD

PART TIME: $13.50/hr

Under general direction of a Police Lieutenant, the PT School Crossing Guard monitors school children at assigned school crossing intersections for safe crossing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 

  • Crosses school children at marked school zones within traffic flow.

  • Insures safety of school children before and after school at marked school zones.

  • The majority of position duties are required to be performed on-site.

  • Essential Employees may be required to work during a declared or undeclared emergency.

  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.
